Our Recruitment Process

At J&K Enterprises, we understand that employees are a company’s most valuable asset. That’s why we follow a rigorous, multi-step recruitment process designed to deliver the right talent efficiently and effectively. Every candidate we recruit undergoes extensive evaluation, including intelligence and psychometric assessments, to ensure quality and excellence for our clients.

Step 1: Comprehensive Assessment of Client Requirements

We begin by understanding your organization in detail—your business activities, industry standards, and specific staffing needs. The client signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with J&K Enterprises, followed by a Demand Letter (listing positions and requirements), Power of Attorney, and Specimen Agreement. These documents allow us to obtain the necessary permissions to initiate the recruitment process.

Step 2: Job Advertising

Next, we create detailed job descriptions that form the foundation of candidate screening. Vacancies are published across multiple channels, including print media, online portals, mailing lists, SMS campaigns, and referrals. Our extensive internal database is also scanned to identify potential candidates.

Step 3: Resume Filtering

Resumes are received securely in both physical and electronic formats. They are categorized and prioritized based on job requirements. Subject matter experts review each resume to approve or reject candidates for the next stage.

Step 4: Candidate Assessment

We conduct a range of assessments, including technical, trade, and behavioral evaluations. When necessary, physical interviews are also conducted to evaluate the candidate’s suitability.

Step 5: Shortlist Creation

All successfully assessed candidates are pooled to create a shortlist, which includes the results of assessments and interviews. This ensures that only the most qualified candidates are presented to our clients.

Step 6: Presentation & Client Selection

The shortlist is shared with the client for final selection. Once a candidate is selected, salary negotiation (if authorized by the client) and preparation of the employment contract are handled by J&K Enterprises. At this stage, we also begin collecting essential documents such as passports, certificates, and photographs.

Step 7: Candidate Processing

We manage all documentation required for overseas employment, including:
  • Medical testing
  • Visa processing
  • Background checks
  • Police verification
  • ECNR stamping (for passports)
Specialized personnel and subcontractors are assigned to handle these tasks efficiently, even in high volumes.

Step 8: Candidate Mobilization

Once all approvals and documents are completed, we coordinate travel arrangements based on ticket availability. Candidates are grouped in batches, and detailed travel checklists are provided. J&K Enterprises also coordinates pre-travel inductions (if required), ensures smooth arrival at the overseas destination, and assists with first on-site reporting in collaboration with the client.
