    J&H Dispute Resolution International (ICDR) aims to build strong partnerships with law schools, legal professionals, bar councils, civil society organizations, public and private institutions across Pakistan to promote and institutionalize Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices.

    We intend to work closely with these stakeholders to design and implement awareness campaigns, skill-building programs, policy dialogues, and community-based dispute resolution models. These future collaborations will help strengthen access to justice, reduce the burden on courts, and foster a culture of peaceful conflict resolution across diverse communities. We are committed to supporting the integration of ADR into legal education and encouraging its adoption at the grassroots level.

    ICDR envisions building meaningful partnerships with international ADR institutions, global practitioners, mediation centers, academic bodies and embassies. Through these collaborations, we aim to exchange knowledge, co-develop training modules, and engage in joint research and policy innovation.

    Our objective is to align Pakistan’s ADR landscape with international standards while maintaining cultural relevance and local accessibility. We aspire to bring internationally recognized training and best practices to our community and contribute to the global ADR movement by highlighting indigenous approaches and innovations from Pakistan.
